Customer’s rights and obligations
Every customer agrees:
- To observe the working hours (official holidays) of the online store in regards to the execution of the order.
- To indicate correctly the place of delivery.
- To pay the sum to the supplier, in cash upon receipt of all ordered products.
Site’s rights and obligations
General conditions between the customer and Mikena.net:
- Deliveries are made by a courier company with which we have a signed contract.
- The period for order execution is between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the distance of the place of delivery from the courier’s offices. In any case, however, your order placed on the internet is not being serviced slower than the orders made over the phone.
- The prices of the offered products and the required packaging for them are the same as those at the warehouse, so placing an order on the internet does not increase the cost of your order.
